REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview
This policy applies to digital products, memberships or subscriptions, and educational services purchased through southernrealtyinvestmentgroup.com.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately and cannot be returned, all digital-product sales are final after delivery or access. This includes the $39 Wealth Portfolio Builder and the $97 Master Blueprint, which are separate purchases.
Limited Review Exceptions
Southern Realty may review a duplicate charge, a clearly unauthorized transaction, or a verified technical failure that prevents delivery or access after reasonable troubleshooting. Send a request within 7 days to southernrealtyig@gmail.com with the purchaser name, purchase email, order number, and a description of the problem. Approval is not guaranteed. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
Memberships and Recurring Plans
You may cancel a membership or recurring plan to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Prior charges and partial billing periods are not automatically refunded. Access may continue through the paid period.
How to Cancel
Use the subscription controls in your Wix account when available, or email southernrealtyig@gmail.com. Allow reasonable processing time. If a renewal is approaching, cancel before the renewal date.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate a billing or access problem. This request does not waive any rights you may have under law or through your card provider.
Processing Approved Refunds
Any refund we approve will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.
