By accessing southernrealtyinvestmentgroup.com or purchasing or using our products, memberships, tools, or educational materials, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Educational Purpose Only
Southern Realty provides general financial-literacy and investment-education content. Nothing on the site is personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. We do not recommend that any person buy, sell, or hold a particular security. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
No Adviser or Fiduciary Relationship
Using the site, products, worksheets, videos, market commentary, AI tools, or member resources does not create an investment-adviser, broker, attorney, accountant, fiduciary, or client relationship with Southern Realty.
Products and Access
The $39 Wealth Portfolio Builder and $97 Master Blueprint are separate products. Purchasing one does not include the other unless a specific written bundle offer says otherwise. Product descriptions, features, prices, and access periods shown at checkout control the purchase. We may improve, replace, or discontinue content when reasonably necessary.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your login secure, and activity under your account. Do not share restricted member content or account access. Notify us promptly at southernrealtyig@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Purchases and Payments
Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through Wix and its payment providers. You authorize the stated charge when you complete a purchase. Separate taxes or fees may apply where required.
Refunds and Cancellations
Digital products are generally all sales final after access or delivery. Membership cancellation stops future recurring billing but does not automatically refund prior charges. Details and limited exceptions appear in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
The site, brand, course structure, worksheets, guides, videos, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Southern Realty and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share login access, remove ownership notices, or create competing derivative products without written permission.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content, upload harmful code, impersonate others, violate laws, or use the services to harm Southern Realty or other users.
AI Tools and Third-Party Services
AI-generated explanations may contain errors and must be independently reviewed. Third-party websites, investing platforms, payment providers, and services have their own terms. Southern Realty does not control or guarantee them.
No Guarantees
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Examples, projections, market data, and past performance are for learning only and do not guarantee results. Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Realty and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of the site or educational materials. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as our site, products, or legal obligations change. The updated effective date will appear above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
